No more rushing to gym classes, sitting in traffic or not even being able to book into a class because it’s already full…
The convenience of working out at home has proved hugely beneficial, with morning workouts to get you mentally motivated for work or the day ahead and evening sessions that end with a wonderfully relaxing meditation to unwind and get a good night’s sleep.
Our health is our wealth and so many clients have said that they’ve lost weight, come off medication, have less back pain or are feeling so much fitter in general – all because they can now fit exercise into their daily lives.
I offer a varied timetable with Pilates and fitness online classes via Zoom. It also includes classes with other expert instructors (from yoga to fitness to barre).
I am also available for one-to-one online classes, as well as group online classes if you’d like to get together with your own friends.
