Welcome to Soul Central Pilates
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working with (literally!) hundreds of clients from all walks of life and ability levels; each with their own individual reasons for wanting to feel fitter or healthier.
I provide a wide and varied timetable to help with whatever goal you’d like to achieve, from Pilates classes (live in studio, online and one-to-one sessions), to online fitness sessions (which includes classes in yoga and barre by guest instructors).
I know it can be a little daunting starting out on a new fitness programme, which is why I offer all new clients who subscribe a free consultation to chat through your fitness history and goals, followed by a free trial session.
